GROOVY BABY!

Recently B, M & Y have been non-stop talking about their new favorite cycling class at the gym. Cycling for a straight hour I thought… BORING right? Well I couldn’t have been more WRONG! This is not a spinning class, this is GrooveCycle.

Let me explain. The creation of professional choreographer and dancer Sarah-Jane Aboboto, GrooveCycle is a unique workout experience that combines dance with fitness.

B, M & Y have told me that in GrooveCycle everything is to the beat of the music with special choreography designed to give your entire body a complete workout. Mood lighting and blasting music takes you deep into the vibes – making you forget that you’re even working out.

I get major FOMO (Fear Of Missing Out) whenever B, M & Y do anything without me so I decided to strut my way down to the gym to see this GrooveCycle in action for myself… only to find that there are no dogs allowed in gyms. That didn’t stop me though. I found Sarah-Jane and we improvised a little and she gave me my own personal GrooveCycle session around London on the new Santander bikes.

After one session I have to admit…I am hooked already. Sarah-Jane’s enthusiasm, energy and all round positive vibe is completely infectious and I have never had so much fun working out.

This fresh and exciting clever Combination of dance and cycle bridges the gap between fitness freaks and couch potatoes (That’s me), cycle enthusiasts and spinning haters, people that love to dance and people that have two left feet (I have four). Trust me, you don’t have to be Justin Timberlake, Queen B or Britney Spears (pre hair cut) to get your groove on.

Sarah-Jane is on a mission to get everyone grooving and you can help her achieve this by voting for her Pitch to Richard Branson. Your vote will help her take this amazing class to a gym near you! All you need to do is click here and vote for her pitch. Make sure you confirm your vote by verifying your email address.

Or if you want to get your groove on now, check out the GrooveCycle website to find out the locations and how to book. Oh and did I mention, your first class is FREE, yes free…GROOVY BABY!
