Yesterday I was invited to visit the Summer Show by the lovely guys at Kenneth Green Associates. I was lucky enough to preview all the scents of summer from numerous brands including Jimmy Choo, Paul Smith, Narciso Rodriguez, Dunhill, Elie Saab and many more!

The team talked me through all the new fragrance collections and their stories and inspirations behind them - all whilst B, M & Y sipped on champagne and delved straight into the Canapes & Petit Fours (It was St. Patricks Day after all). The space at IceTank was transformed into an exquisite summer paradise with a stunning floral tree installation and beautiful watercolour illustrations by Rebecca Gibson, bringing the smells to life. I had far too many favourites to write about them all but my advice would be have an open mind...  you never know what smell lies inside!

B's favourite was the Dunhill Icon fragrance based on Dunhill's iconic accessories. For B the aroma had the perfect masculine scent balanced with a softer touch, something he struggles to find, a fragrance sure to make you stand out in a crowd... For all the right reasons! An added bonus is that the man from the Diet Coke advert is the face of the brand which speaks volumes if you ask me. Dunhill Icon is available exclusively at Harrods until 30th March and then from selected department stores nationwide.

Y was torn between the Narciso EDT and the Dear Rose Song for a Queen but her favourite had to be the latter. Dear Rose Song for a Queen was a brand she had never heard of before and the aroma was different to anything else she had smelt before with key notes of Jasmine, Orange Blossom and Black Vanilla. The fragrance was soft with the perfect amount of punch. Available in Harrods from 22nd March.

M enjoyed the new unisex fragrance by Annick Goutal the L'Ile au The which was inspired by a trip to the island of Jeju, off the coast of South Korea. M is typically drawn to light, clean and somewhat watery fragrances but with notes of Tea and Citrus this perfume was unlike anything other with a very distinct scent. The fragrance will also be available as a candle so if you love it as much as M you can have it with you almost everywhere!
